PAYMENT METHOD

All prices listed on this website are given in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

We accept direct deposit into Maybank or Public Bank account (either online or cash deposit). Bank details will be provided in our confirmation email.

If neither option is convenient, please do send us an email to see what other options can be worked out.

Please email us after full payment for verification purposes.

SHIPPING METHOD

 The ones we normally use are :-

1)Registered Mail or Pos Dafter: RM3.00 (Peninsular) RM4.00 (East M'sia)*
   Delivery time varies from 3-5 days. You may track your pack here

2) Local courier or Poslaju: RM6.00(WM) or RM7.00(EM) *
    Delivery time normally takes 1-2 working days (depends on area). You may track your Poslaju pack here
    For other local couriers, please specify and we will try to accommodate your request.

*Shipping charges may vary according to weight and will be advised upon confirmation


For small, non-bulky items you may opt for :-

Express Mail or Pos Ekspress: RM3.50 (EM/WM) for first 250g (about 3 items).
Delivery time is 1 day (most states in WM) and 2 days (EM). However, this option is not recommended as packages do not require signatories and could get lost in transit.

Please note:-

-Shipping charges include postage and handling fees.

- All items will be bubble-wrapped to preserve its condition as original as possible. However,we will not be held responsible for any items missing in transit. If your item has not arrived after 10 days, please email us.

- Items will be shipped within 1-2 working days after full payment is made. No delivery will be made on Malaysian public holidays and weekends. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances that would delay delivery, we will do our best to inform you.
