Within 7-days of receipt
If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair.
Past the 7-day period / Wear & tear
Repairs past the 7-day period or due to wear & tear of the item, are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please e-mail us with your problem and we will quote you on any repair fee if applicable.
Other Services
We know the feeling of having your favourite string of pearls snap or a broken clasp on your favourite jewellery. We would be happy to assist you to repair any of your favourite jewellery,subject to availability of materials and degree of repair for a reasonable fee.
